We love pies, make pies, sell pies, dream about pies, eat pies.
With no supplier of English Pork Pies in Singapore we set out to make and distribute these bastions of Britishness back in 2018. After many test batches we settled on the version that we make today. Based on the original Melton Mowbray pie it has very few ingredients: hand-cut pork; lard; freshly made gelatine; flour; seasoning. Hand-raised in small batches this is as authentic as you can possibly get. Always eaten chilled and with only the possible addition of a good English mustard.
After the success of the porkies we expanded in late 2019 to include classic pastry pies and mashed potato topped pies. These are made with the same care and values as our original Pork Pie:-

No Compromise means we make the best possible pies using the best possible ingredients. Our meats are from the grass pastures of New Zealand, our fish are from the cleanest oceans of Alaska, our artisan cheeses come from Great British dairy farms. We make our own stocks and gelatine, we only use butter for our pastry (except the pork pie and the vegan pie), we make in small batches with great care. Using great produce means that we don’t need any additives; the natural flavours shine through.
