Confit Duck Leg

A succulent duck leg seasoned with rosemary cooked gently for 6 hours in it's own fat then vacuum-packed. 

Just take out of the pack and either roast/grill for ten minutes or fry in a pan until crisp. 

Best served with mash potato and red-wine gravy.
