The best crumble in our opinion is rhubarb, with a hint of ginger.

Air flown Australian rhubarb, grated ginger and butter, topped with our rich butter and raw-sugar crumble. Stick it in the oven until it bubbles up and serve with vanilla ice cream. We make this with less sugar so that it's tart on the tongue.
